Influences Naturelles
Vin de France
In 1929 Dr. Steiner advocates a system of agricultural production based on the concept of the domaine as a living entity. He speaks for diversity and autonomy and the limited use of additives, favouring rather preventative measures made from plain extracts. Their application, in accordance with cycles of the moon and cosmic forces, activates the vegetative cycle and reduces parasites. What distinguishes organic and biodynamic viticulture is the emphasis it places on the biological workings of the soil in improving the Quality of its produce. And this works the vines' bearing is more erect, the wines are more intense, their mineralily more pronounced. It is hardly surprising that with the biodynamic tradition we find winegrowers devoted to this concept, also neo winegrowers with a medical background who have had to confront the damage done to human beings by all sorts of pollution. They are going back to basics, reviving the memory of a natural world lost to the blinkered downward spiral of industrialisation. It is with these winegrowers that we have created this cuvée with all its codes: the lunar cycle, the Demeter certification, and a nice little anagram "Influences"(Lune Moon) to titillate the brain-cells ahead of the taste buds!

Grenache Syrah
15°C
The vineyards are located between Narbonne and the Mediterranean.
The wines are grown using biodynamic techniques, which aim to strength the vitality of the plant by improving the natural interactions between the soil, the rocks, the sky and the plant.
The grapes are brought to the winery at peak ripeness in small 15-kg crates. Gentle winemaking techniques are used with pumping over for extraction depending on tasting results.
Works very well with flavourful grilled red meats. It is perfect for a good barbecue and grilled vegetables.
The wine is driven by red fruit and is long on the palate whilst offering great freshness.
