Attape Moi Si Tu Peux Chenin Blanc
IGP Pays d'Oc
The young vines of this cuvée come from the Loire Valley and have been located on the high terrasses of the Languedoc vineyards, above Limoux. The Terrasses du Larzac winemakers taste it with concupiscence and dream of it for their future Terrasses du Larzac White. Quite mineral and tense, this Chenin Blanc is as seducive as it is surprising This originality makes its charm. It develops a multitude of aromas of white flesh fruits (Peach or green Apple) spiced with Ginger. The mouth is softened by flavors of brioche and yeast. We found under the brand a duo of atypical grape varieties the White Chenin and the Malbec, with the same elevated Limouxin’s soil. We played with a literary classic of Jean de La Fontaine and his fables Le Lièvre et la Tortue (The Hare and the Turtle). The illustration has been reinvented to bring a fun and living side, staging our 2 animals on a Vespa and a Mehari.

A complex terroir where ocean breezes and the coolness of the Pyrenees take the edge off the Mediterranean heat. The soils form a true geological mosaic comprising sediment stemming from the erosion of the Pyrenees, which alternates with marine limestone deposits. These combine to produce a wine showing incredible finesse and complexity.
The vines are planted on hillside sites facing South-South-East at 250 m above sea level, allowing the grapes to ripen beautifully. Sustainable, environmentally-friendly vineyard management techniques are used. The single Guyot training system reins in yields at 55 hl/ha.
The fruit is picked by night to fully preserve its rich aromatics. Gentle pressing protects the integrity of the grapes. The wines are fermented at low temperatures (14°C). Tank ageing on the lees hones and fully reveals the variety’s aromatic complexity.
Our little rabbit zooms around on his versatile scooter! Just as comfortable alongside a simple quiche or savoury tart, it makes the perfect match for more complex pairings like goat’s cheese, Brie or asparagus, a fillet of fish or white meat. Feel free to enjoy it the way you like!
